1. Returns and Refunds Policy


Exchange


You have 3 days to return your item to us for an exchange. To exchange your item, we require the receipt or proof of purchase. To process your exchange, please make your way to our office with your exchange item together with your receipt back to us. The item being exchanged must be in the same condition as received. If the item is unavailable or out of stock then a refund will be processed instead. A one-time exchange is permitted per purchase. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition will not be exchanged and may be sent back to you. Please note that we do not refund the return costs of shipping the item. 2. Shipping Policy


Delivery costs for locations in Singapore will be charged according to the price stipulated by the logistics provider. We aim to deliver your order to you at the delivery address listed and by the delivery time indicated by us at the time of your order checkout. These details will also be listed in the order confirmation. Should any unforeseen circumstances affect your delivery, we will notify you of this to the extent permitted by law, however, we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. 


In case of any faults, issues, defects or damages, please feel free to reach out to our customer care representative. Please provide information about such issues during the call, including your order number, product details, etc, if needed. 


3. Payment Policy


For all orders made from us, you can pay via manual payments, internet banking or with a valid credit or debit card. Prices and shipping rates may be subject to change without prior notice however these changes will not be reflected for CONFIRMED (Paid) orders, For any issues regarding your payments, please feel free to reach out to our customer care consultant.
